Fibre Laser Cutting Machines

Hymson flat bed fibre lasers from 3.2 × 1.6 m to 14 m beds and 6 to 60 kW. Installed, operator-trained and serviced across Australia and New Zealand by ILS.

Hymson Fibre Lasers, Supported by ILS

Industrial Laser Solutions supplies Hymson flat bed fibre laser cutting machines for sheet metal, from 3.2 × 1.6 m exchange-table machines to 14 m large-format beds, at 6 kW to 60 kW. Every machine is installed, commissioned and operator-trained by our own technicians, and serviced from our Hallam workshop.

Hymson Laser Technology Group builds its laser cutting machines in its own factories in Jiangmen and Changzhou, China. ILS is the official Hymson distributor, with full service across Australia and New Zealand. Raycus or MAX sources come as standard, with IPG sources available across the range.

How thick can each power cut?

Production thickness from Hymson's HF-G cut charts: the thickest material cut at a usable production speed. Thicker cuts are possible on simple parts at lower speed.

Why Hymson Through ILS

A laser is only as good as the support behind it. ILS has installed more than 650 laser machines across Australia since 1998, and every Hymson machine we supply is installed, trained and serviced by our own team.

Fibre Laser FAQs

What laser power do I need?

For mostly sheet under 6 mm, 6 kW is plenty. For regular 10–20 mm plate, look at 12 kW or more. Send us your parts and we will recommend a power from real cut times.

Exchange table or single table?

An exchange table loads the next sheet while the machine cuts, so it suits production. A single table costs less and suits lower volumes.

Which laser sources are available?

Raycus or MAX sources come as standard on Hymson machines, with IPG sources available across the range.

What is the warranty?

Hymson's factory warranty: 2 years on the laser source and machine frame, 1 year on the cutting head, chiller, stabiliser and dust collector. Consumables are excluded.

How long from order to cutting?

It depends on the configuration (bed size, power, source and automation). We give you a firm delivery date with your quote.

What does my site need?

Stable three-phase power, compressed air at 7 bar or more (dry and oil-free), cutting gases or an air-cutting system, a level floor and a dust extraction plan. We check your site before installation.
