CW laser cleaning, also known as continuous-wave laser cleaning, uses a steady, uninterrupted laser beam to clean the surface. Unlike pulsed laser cleaners that fire in short bursts, a CW laser cleaning machine emits a constant beam that efficiently ablates heavy contamination, thick rust, stubborn coatings, weld spatter, and industrial scale from large metal surfaces.
The DCL range by DMK Lasers is available in four configurations from 1000 W to 3000 W, covering everything from on-site structural steel maintenance to high-volume production floor surface preparation. At Industrial Laser Solutions, we supply the full DCL range across Australia and New Zealand - with local installation, training, and ongoing service.
Faster cleaning on large areas and heavy contamination compared to pulsed systems
Suited for high-power applications such as structural steel, pipelines, and ship hulls
Continuous laser operation and fewer pulsed components for more efficient operation
More cost-effective per square metre on large surface cleaning jobs
