Tube, Pipe and Profile Cutting

Industrial Laser Solutions supplies Hymson fibre laser tube cutting machines for round, square and rectangular tube, pipe, channel, angle and H-beam. A tube laser cuts, notches, slots and bevels in one setup, replacing sawing, drilling and coping, with parts coming off ready to weld.

Every Hymson tube laser we supply is installed, commissioned and operator-trained by our own technicians, and serviced from our Hallam workshop. Raycus or MAX sources come as standard, with IPG sources available.

G Series – High-Speed Tube Laser

A side-hanging, high-speed tube laser with dual chucks for zero-tail cutting of round, square, rectangular and oval tube, plus angle and symmetrical profiles. Servo-assisted loading and unloading keep it running.

TP Series – Heavy-Duty Three and Four-Chuck Tube Laser

For heavy pipe and structural tube: three or four chucks, full-length support and segmented loading and unloading for long, heavy sections. The shortest tail is 0 mm, so almost every tube is used.

Tube Laser FAQs

What tube sizes can Hymson tube lasers cut?

From Φ5 mm tube on the G7012 up to Φ560 mm pipe and 400 mm square on the heavy-duty TP series, with sections up to 12 m long and 2 tonnes.

What is zero-tail cutting?

The chucks hand the tube between them so the head can cut right to the end, leaving little or no offcut. It saves material on every length.

Can it cut channel, angle and H-beam?

Yes. The G and TP series cut angle and channel, and the HP series cuts H-beam and plate on one machine.

Can it cut weld bevels?

Yes. A ±45° bevel head is available on the TP and FP series from 6 to 20 kW.

What is the warranty?

Hymson's factory warranty: 2 years on the laser source and machine frame, 1 year on the cutting head, chiller, stabiliser and dust collector.
