Lasvio · Exclusive ANZ distributor
Your laser cuts a part in seconds. Then someone stands at a bench with a grinder for minutes. Lasvio through-feed machines take slag, burrs and sharp edges off laser-cut, plasma-cut and punched parts in a single pass, so parts leave the cutting bay ready to bend, weld or coat.

Industrial Laser Solutions is the exclusive Lasvio distributor for Australia and New Zealand. We have been installing and servicing laser cutting machines since 1998, so we know exactly what comes off the table and what it takes to finish it.
A walk around the Lasvio deburring machine, ending with parts before and after processing (1 min 17 s).

Every machine is built from four processing units. The letters in the model name are the stations, in the order the part passes through them. A repeated letter means a second station of that type.
So a BBR runs two abrasive belts and then a rotary brush. A BRB runs belt, brush, belt. Same station count, different result: BBR does more removal before rounding, BRB refines the surface after it. The photo shows a BRB with the doors open.
Setting up a job: measure the part, enter the thickness on the Siemens screen, and run it through (1 min 14 s).
A through-feed machine normally needs someone at each end. The U-turn conveyor carries finished parts around the side of the machine and back to the loading position, so one operator can load and unload from the same spot.
It also makes a second pass easy. The machines process one face of the part per pass, so anything that needs both faces done is turned and fed through again.
The conveyor is available for all four machine widths (800, 1000, 1300 and 1600 mm), in a left-hand or right-hand layout, with speed matched to the machine feed.

We know the upstream process.
Heavy dross is often a cutting problem before it is a finishing problem. We will tell you when a nozzle, a lens or a parameter change is the cheaper fix.
One call for the whole cell.
The same engineers who service your laser install, commission and support your deburring machine.
Local support.
Installation, operator training and service from our Melbourne workshop, across Australia and New Zealand. Every machine carries a two-year warranty and ships with a start-up tool kit and a spare consumables kit.

Your warranty and parts supply come through one accountable local company.
1
Send us your parts.
Material, thickness range, part sizes, how they were cut, and the finish you need. Photos are a good start; sample parts are better.
2
We test them.
We send your parts to the Lasvio factory, where they are run to settle the station sequence, abrasives, feed speed and working width. You get video of the run and your processed parts back.

You get a recommendation.
One configuration, one width, the dust collection it needs, and a firm quote.
Machines are built to order. Allow about 30 days at the factory, plus sea freight and installation.
For most mixed sheet metal work the BR is the starting point: one abrasive belt to remove the burr, one rotary brush to round the edge. Heavier burrs point to a BBR. Thick plate with hard slag points to an HB or HBB.
Yes, with the right abrasives and a properly specified wet dust collector. Aluminium dust is a fire and explosion hazard in dry extraction, so we will not quote an aluminium application without one.
Every Lasvio configuration is available in 800, 1000, 1300 and 1600 mm working widths. The right width depends on your largest regular part and your batch mix.
415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz. Installed power depends on the configuration, the width and whether you choose a magnetic or vacuum table.
No. Each machine is configured to your parts and built to order. Factory lead time is about 30 days, plus sea freight and installation.
On most flat parts, yes. Formed parts, very small parts and parts with tall features may still need hand work. A part test tells you before you buy.
Yes. We have your parts run at the Lasvio factory and send you video of them being processed, along with the finished parts.
Send us a few parts and tell us the finish you need. We will come back with the configuration that does the job and nothing you do not need.
